To more fully meet the needs of Arlington’s youth athletes, we have added a number of weekend clinics, including 6- and 8-session clinics, Saturdays and Sundays, September through February. Please double-check your intended clinic sign-up!

Speed, Agility & Endurance Clinics:

Sep. 30-Nov. 18 (Sundays); 8 sessions; 75 minutes each (11-12:15 & 12:20-1:35)—designed as pre-season training for Winter sport athletes, including Indoor Track athletes (middle & high school); recommended for 13-18 y.o.

Oct. 6-Nov. 10 (Saturdays); 6 sessions; 75 minutes each (12-1:15 & 1:15-2:30)—designed as in-season training for Fall sports; recommended for 10-18 y.o.

Jan. 6-Feb. 24 (Sundays); 8 sessions; 75 minutes each (11-12:15 & 12:20-1:35)—designed as pre-season training for Spring sport athletes, including Outdoor Track athletes (middle & high school), and in-season training for Winter sport athletes; recommended for 10-18 y.o.
