+ ABOUT THE COACHING STAFF
Our highly training coaching staff has trained dozens of youth athletes to compete in indoor and outdoor national youth track & field championships, resulting in numerous top-3 medal finishes, national records, and Youth All-American status. Our certifications held by us include USATF Level 1/2, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and National Strength and Conditioning Association- Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) certifications.
+ REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
Six, one hour training sessions
Team equipment costs;
Field usage permits (where applicable);
**In the event withdrawal from a camp, a partial refund will be considered. Dismissal from a camp, based on misconduct, will constitute forfeiture of the registration fee.
+ HOW LONG DOES A Training Camp Last
Each speed and engility camp includes six, one hour sessions.
+ WHEN AND WHERE ARE CAMPS HELD
Camps are held throughout the year around Northern Virginia.
+ WHAT WILL THE CAMP LOOK LIKE
Camps will start off with going through different warm ups followed by a workout differing each week. We desire for this to be a fun experience so we will try and be creative in making it fun and exciting, but we will also want to challenge athletes to push themselves to do things they may have never done before.
+ WHAT SHOULD THE ATHLETES BRING TO CAMP?
Athletes should wear loose athletic clothing (weather appropriate), running shoes, a bottle of water and a winning attitude. Parents can feel free to watch practice.
+ WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
